During my stay in this hotel, I was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the beds. The hotel facilities were in great condition, and I particularly appreciated the availability of room service. Additionally, the complimentary parking on the weekends was a nice perk. The location of this hotel was ideal, with easy access to the Times Union Center and a fantastic view of the Capitol area from our room. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Furthermore, the shuttle service was a convenient option, especially with three shuttles available early in the morning. The hotel also offered a luggage keeping service, which allowed us to explore the city even after checking out.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
